As someone who works out regularly, I've noticed a huge improvement in my stamina since starting this powder. I feel less fatigued during workouts and recover much faster afterward. It's become a staple in my pre-workout routine.

Great for all day energy. It doesn’t taste great so I add cinnamon powder & raw honey. Makes me feel great.

I have always used the resin type of Shiljit in the past so this was the first powder form I've tried. The smell and taste are pretty much like Tar with both he resin and the powder form. However; this powder does have differences that fall short, such as, the bag does not include a measuring scoop to ensure you're using the proper amount, which leaves you guessing.Finally, when consuming the resin form there was a direct and immediate effect and energy boost but with the powder, Im not really sure.

This stuff is invigorating! Don't waste your money on upsale brands, this works. 1/8 teaspoon/serving I like it in water

The package is almost empty its like almost no powder inside why so low like the powder fell out ,just that small amount at bottom is all l have and 75% is empty
