Very easy and nice for blending. Good blender

The built quality and overall aesthetic is great. It's adequately powered and does a fine job as a blender. The lowered metallic half is detachable for easy cleaning. Although you can't separate the blades, that would be a nice to have, but can't complain at this price point. Overall great product

The media could not be loaded. I ordered Amazon basics blender for 4 reasons;1. it had good ratings2. it was from Amazon so warranty/service would be easy3. the blender piece at bottom was made of metal, so it could be safely used for blending hot meals.4. it's only 300W, and could be used on my inverter in case of emergency.And it worked great for the first 2 tries, I was happy. However when I tried to blend some boiled soft pumpkins to make a mash, I heard some grinding noises from the blender, and within few seconds it just stopped working. When I opened it up, I was amazed to see that the piece that connects motor to the spinning axle was actually made of rubber/plastic. No doubt it would wear out very soon due to friction, and would render the entire appliance useless.Next, I tried for warranty, however there's no clear button or link on the order details page of Amazon. I contacted Amazon Customer Service and they gave me a number of a retailer (white label product I guess). I was asked to send pictures and videos to an email given to me when I called that number. It took 1 month of back and forth (delays from their end), and finally they gave an Amazon gift card, basically refunding the entire product. There's no scope of servicing it or repairing it apparently, so the warranty is basically a money back guarantee, but the product is still a waste.I'm thankful to them for at least refunding it, but if only they used a metallic piece, the product would've been flawless. I'll try a local repair show to see if something can be done.So yeah, if you are buying it, remember to use it for something you would otherwise whisk, and not for pureeing or blending soups with any soft chunks in it.

It dmserves the purpose in the price I bought it but the quality is not great .
