Ours says the same, but it is millet. I could attach a photo, it made me do a video.

At Earthborn Elements, we seal our buckets in the most secure way possible to keep the contents in and any contaminants out. The seal on our buckets is meant for food storage to preserve the quality of the product inside. A bucket opener (also called a bucket wrench) can be used to open the lid in a similar way to how a can opener is used to open a can, except our buckets can be resealed. Bucket openers can be purchased from online retailers such as Amazon or from your local hardware or home improvement store. It is often easier to loosen the lid by working around the lid in sections.
