Q: Are these boots insulated? I do not want an insulated pair of boots.

I don't think it is insulated, I am in a Tropical climate and it is comfortable and not too hot. I still find the Timberland Pro Men's Endurance 8" Pr Workboot is a more comfortable boot overall.

Q: I purchased these a couple days ago to ship to chile, but when i look at the boot now, it says doesnt ship to chile. Should i cancel the order?

Probably makes sense not to order them.

Q: Why do they rip so easy?

I have two pairs and none have ripped. I have seen then scratch, a bit depending on the environment that I'm in. But yeah, no rips.
