Now the sturgeon population is almost gone. There’s a way to milk the caviar, but only one company does throw to the best of my knowledge. I’m sick of the rich.

Sturgeon populations are struggling worldwide yet these products continue to be sold. There’s a reason why it’s expensive and it’s not the taste. It tastes like nothing and you’re paying for the removal of potential population recovery. Do the right thing.
