I don't think so. I drank it daily for months, and I didn't notice any difference. Maybe if you actually chewed on the flowers, or drank the tea made from them all day long, for years, you would see a change? But I squeezed the tea bags out with my fingers, and it didn't even stain my finger nails.

No it can not be made to a skin care product as blue dye comes pouring out and will not be good for skin. Also, not good to drink either. Check reviews. Also can not get money back from this seller.

I thought it tasted pretty awful. Like garbanzo beans. Which are good unless you're expecting a tea flavor. I don't drink it. I use it for a facial toner now.
