KRUPSXS9000 Liquid Cleaner for Fully Automatic Espresso Machines

We use our Krups Espresso machine several times a day. This is the BEST for mechanical cleaning of the frothing wand. Absolutely no problems; only laudatory comments for this product.

It works well, but, as others have said, is a bit pricey. When you're paying the price for the great machine, you have to pay the price for maintenance...

One of the nicest things about my Krups' coffee machines is they have automated more of the cleaning tasks than their competitors. The liquid cleaner doesn't replace the deep clean you get from the cleaning tablets; it is a per use quick clean. I have two krups machines and this cleaner has so far kept growth away from the steaming wand; it has kept the wands clean and functioning - so the deeper manual cleaning is a less regular event - though still important to remove anything the auto cleaning has missed in the two parts that make up the steaming wand.These liquid cleaner packs are the trick that makes to work. Each bottle lasts somewhere between one and two months in my experience and it is quick and easy to replace - and an essential part of the krups coffee machine experience. 5*
