Excellent Chinese knife
Very sharp knife. Cuts like butter through vegetables and meats. Comfortable grip and ergonomics. Weight balance is very nice. Once you get the hang of using large blade like this you would want to prep more and more vegetables 😀. Watch few videos on YouTube to learn how to use Chinese knife properly.

What i was looking for
Absolutely happy with it, single piece knife, light weight and it feels good in my hand. I think a knife must be comfortable to handle and this one is for me.
