Q: Can these be used in adult colouring books?

Yes, they’re not polychromos but seem okay, they blend well and feel creamy when used. I’ve used them on Canson Graduate and Stratford Expert watercolour paper and had comparable results to that with my polychromos, so yeh they should be ok for your purposes
