With three kids we have tried a large number of different ones, balance bikes included, and this is the final selection for the youngest one. Unlike some other brands, this one actually fits for a two year old and her feet actually touch the ground :) Plus the quality material, simplicity of assembly (my husband is on business trip and I thought about postponing the assembly because I suck at everything, but it was a piece of cake even for me), and ease of manouvering. Worth the price several times over, thank you! <3

A nice wooden bike with careful design. If you are not interested in maintaining a more complicated bike and just want your kid to have fun, Kinderfeets are the way to go. If you know your way around a bike, it might not be for you. Either way, great product, great company, great owners here in CA.

It is a great balance bike. Our 2 year old learned to zoom on it very fast. It is well made and beautiful. It will last long enough to pass on to another child :)

This is an awesome training bike. It’s great for indoor and outdoor use. My nephew loves it. It has really helped him with learning stability and control. It is very expensive and a nice piece to keep inside.

I bought the classic balance bike on the kinderfeets website for my son’s 2nd birthday. He was so excited to take it for a spin, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. The barrel nut that screws onto the rear axle to secure the wheel was missing. So instead of celebrating, I ended up consoling my very disappointment baby on his birthday. Everything else was there except for this one nut. Unlike the front, the rear axle, its 2 silver washers and 2 black spacers were loose and rolling around the bottom of the box instead of securely contained and screwed together with the barrel nut, which was nowhere to be found. Whoever packed up the bike that I received forgot to include this crucial piece rendering the bike completely useless, until I can find a replacement part. I am giving this product 2 stars for aesthetics alone. While it’s nice to look at, I did not buy it for that reason.

Ordered wood, got bamboo. I deliberately avoid bamboo so I know I did not order it, and when I drill down into the details of my order, it clearly shows a birch wood bike. The assembly was not as straight forward as it could have been. It was incredibly frustrating because it was picky and there were NO assembly instructions included. Just no excuse for that. In addition, after putting nearly the entire thing together, I discovered the long steel rod that puts the whole thing together in the end was BENT. Totally worthless. This was a Christmas gift so it was held and now the return window is closed. I have reached out to the company for resolution. So far I have not heard anything. If I do, and there is good resolution, I will come back and alter my review. Quite unhappy overall. We’ll see if they will make it right.
