It has very bad sound quality and low volume

The sound is not clear at all. I tried using it several times for Online meetings on my laptop and it was impossible to maintain a conversation. Initially I blamed the wifi, but then I realised it was a problem with the speaker itself. I ended up buying a different brand of bluetooth speaker/microphone that works perfectly under the same conditions
