Cheap plastic parts broke that are supposed to keep seat attached
I purchased this chair in July 2023 and it has small plastic clips to secure and hold the seat in place. Today seat broke and fell to bottom of shower floor. I could have been hurt if I didn't have grab bars on each side of the shower. Then had to have someone bring wheelchair chair. The chair itself was adequate but what a flaw to use small plastic parts.

It is a little high. So if the person using it is short, they may find it difficult to sit down. Feet won't touch floor.

Couldn’t even assemble it because it was missing parts. SIGH. But you can tell once assembled it’s going to be rickety anyway so there’s that. :(
