Handy Product and Great Value
These brackets are well made, and a thoughtful design. They fit snugly on my stand but still have room for a skirt loop to fit as well. They feel nicely balanced, and aren't very heavy. Had them on set up with a set of EV ZLX 15's and there was still plenty of room to extend above them. I am running 4 lights on top, but I will likely run an additional 2 lights on the bottom as well (in the corners). They built in a couple velcro straps to accommodate a power strip.I am not sure why they built this to fold up as the lights bump into each other before this is any advantage. With a little more thought into the design, they could have added additional holes to have the t bar arms angle or stand upright. Or have a locking pin as carrying them encourages the pin to fall out and everything gets floppy.

Great stand! But received USED when I bought new.
The media could not be loaded. This lighting extension stand is great! Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I am not using DMX to control my lights right now. Since I put the lights on sound activation mode, having the lights directly above the speaker works fantastic. And it saves me space and time setting up.*** I'm subtracting 1 star because the stand was purchased new but was obviously USED. The box was torn and trapped back together and the stand has some scratches on it. if you pay for new, it should be new.

These have a great purpose!
These work great to help speed up setup time. I use these with a set of QSC k12s on top of the k12 subs and they are sturdy. I don't use the cross t that they come with I use the Chauvet 4 bar system. I have heard from other reviews that that setup don't work with these bars and they are wrong. You just need to widen out the speaker bracket to allow for more clearance so the lights can be angled. Nice easy setup... I recommend these and now that the price is more reasonable, definitely!

A must have!
To be honest I didn’t think the stand was going to be much. However for the money it has blown me away. This is a very simple attachment that will save you a lot of time. If you were thinking or are on the fence about getting this item then you should get it. I was definitely a little skeptical but now that I have it in my hand this was the best purchase ever. Easy in and easy out one tripod stand does it all!

Nice for tight places
This unit works nice for tight places where you may not have the room to set up your light trusses.

Works well, delivered without hardware.
The stand itself works well amd t seems to be pretty solid for the price. Not sure how it would hold up with regular use, but for the occasional gig it's fine. Actually a quite ingenious solution. The only issue I had: the hardware wasn't included...no thumb screws or hitch pins to lock everything in place. Had to order those separately, from Amazon of course.

Have two of them now.
Glad I found these to reduce my footprint. Thrilled to pack less gear into venues. These are fairly adjustable to keep the mains towards the audience and the lights on you.
