And not just on my Berricle rings, it cleaned up an old yellow gold mother’s ring that was in sad shape. It’s looking brand new now!Is it supposed to get all black though? Made my fingers black too, but man oh man...did it ever make my rings shine like new.I bought just one to try it out based on information from Berricle (my favorite rings...I want them all!) and was told not to ever wash them. So there’s definitely something in the cloth that does all that shining. I cut it in half since I’m only gonna use them on my rings. I tried it on my 1975 high school class ring. It’s new again too! While the silver cleaning cloth did do a satisfactory job in cleaning a silver piece of jewelry, I was very disappointed in the actual size of the cloth as it was much too small and as a result I was only able to use it on a few small pieces before the whole cloth turned black and I had to throw it away
