Amazing chocolate substitute. My husband has a dairy allergy so we got this for coffee. I have not yet tried it in other recipes but I plan to try and make vegan brownies with it and a few other desserts.

Bought to add to oatmeal in jar. The nibs are too large and strong tasting for that purpose. Have ground them into a powder and will try adding them to smoothies. Experimenting with these nibs. Lived in Mexico where cacao grows wild. Used the beans unpressed, hand ground into a drink with ground maza called Posole by the locals. These ground nibs have a bitter taste and some butter in them as they clogged up my grinder. Gave 4 stars because they are not as good as fresh beans. Hope to figure a way of using the powder in drinks or oatmeal mix. Will have to sweeten with Stevia probably.

These are great and the price is right. When I make a big batch of granola, I add 1/4 cup. We also sprinkle them on top of chocolate raspberry tart. They add to certain foods the deep richness of cocoa without the sweetness of chocolate. I will definitely buy them again.

I'm sorry - but I should have taken heed from the review that said it doesn't mix well. I didn't even finish the bag. I've tried several brands and this just doesn't work, at all.

I blend the nibs in my ninja into a fine powder and I can tell it’s good quality because when blended it still has its natural oils!
