Absolutely love this product! P5p but without the mega doses that give me side effects. You can control exactly how much you want, with 50% or 850mcg per drop, it’s easy to mix into anything. And it’s completely flavorless, for me, this will be a routine purchase!

I really wanted this product because you can take smaller doses with it, unlike most other b6 supplements that come in megadoses. I get fatigue and neuropathy from even 20mg doses.The problem with this product, which I didn't realize until after I purchased it, is it says to refrigerate and discard 30 days after opening. This is a huge bottle and I won't go through but a small fraction of it in 30 days. Additionally, refrigerating it is a pain. I was hoping this bottle would last me a very long time. I'm not going to throw out a mostly full bottle and buy a new one every 30 days. And I don't want to keep using an old bottle if it's not shelf stable and may lose its potency.Would have been a great product otherwise.
