Not pasteurized which kills good stuff. It does sugar up which is good as one knows that shows it’s not pasteurized which is what one wants.

This honey has a very distinct taste. Almost like the organic honey you get from Mexico. It is good honey, but just a tad too earthy for me. I will use it all and not waste any. For the last year or so I have been ordering honey from all around the world, and also right here in the good old U.S.A. My taste goes more toward Colorado wildflowers. Clover is too tame, dark is sometimes too much. Mono Floral or Multifloral try them all.

Yummy! Viscosity is not too thick not too thin.
