I have large 27" monitors, which this arm does in theory support, however the curve created is too shallow to view both screens comfortably. If you have smaller screens this would work grear

This product is excellent except for one thing: the monitors are only level when they are centered. When you swing the arm to the left or the right, the monitors tilt left or right, respectively. The tilt isn't massive, so you can get by, but it is noticable just by looking at it. I called Ergotron's technical support, and they had never encountered this problem, but I ordered a second one and it still has the same issue (my monitors are within spec for size and weight). I really wanted to like this product. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

Missing parts. Instructions not matching the parts. Could not assemble. At this price point, I expect perfection. This experience thus far has been anything but. I have logged a support request for professional assistance to get this set up. I will update my review when this is resolved with either a successful assembly and installation or a product return.

This Dual monitor is one of the most expensive solution out there. However, is does not disappoint. Its quality is first class. I'm using two DELL 27" 4K monitors and they seem to just float in the air while the mount has zero problem handling the weight and size of each monitor. The desk the mount is attached to is only 1 or 2 inches away from the wall and I have full motion of the monitor location. The engineering put into this mount is first call across the board, expect for 1 area. The Cable system doesn't handle/enclose the large/thick cables that come with 27" 4K monitors. Each monitor has a think power cable and a thick DP cable. The four cables will not fit into the cable housing system of the mount. I used Zip Ties instead and everything worked great. I would not let the cable management system deter you from buying. If you want the best, I feel this is it. Installing was easy and the only tool you need is a 10mm ratchet, everything else is included. The engineering is so complete there is a built in holder for the Allen wrench use to adjust items. So when the time comes down the road that you need to make an adjustment, you don't need to hunt down the correct tool and size.
