This fireplace is absolutely beautiful and works amazingly! It definitely puts out some major heat and keeps our place nice & toasty. We did have a couple of issues when we received it, but please do not let that stop you from getting one!Our first issue was that the fireplace would not turn on. We tried it in different outlets and still nothing. We needed to get our place warm for our son, so my husband looked & they have an actual access panel. Our old unit did not have one so we had to take the entire thing apart, so we were super grateful that this unit has this feature. Anyways, so my husband takes the access panel off & come to find out, there was a cord unplugged. This was the cord that allowed the buttons on the front to work. He plugged that in, put the panel back on, and it worked! If you receive your unit and it does not work, PLEASE look at this first! It’s a minor inconvenience to have to do it, but it beats having to go through the process of receiving a replacement.Our next issue was that the little trim frame that goes around the unit was bent on one of the corners. We are unsure if this happened during shipping/delivery, or some other way. I contacted the company in hopes that they would just replace that part. Unfortunately, they needed to replace the entire unit which is just not an option for us at the moment. My husband was able to bend the trim frame thing back and now it looks like nothing ever happened. The company did respond back in a timely manner and were super helpful and courteous. Because of this, I chose to give them 5-stars versus anything else.I highly recommend this product and will continue to recommend it to anyone I know that needs to replace their fireplace.

Bought this fireplace to replace an older one that had quit working in our camper. Love the led light effects from the fireplace and it puts out plenty heat on those days we don't need to run the furnace but need to knock off the chill in the camper.

This fireplace is disappointing. We've had it for a year. Money was tight, so we bought this one instead of the recommended replacement for our RV.Positives: It looks nice.Negatives: The heat output is disappointing. You don't feel it from directly across the room. You have to be right in front of it. (The original one warmed the RV enough where we didn't have to turn on the heater, unless it was extremely cold.)The "crackling" sound that is supposed to sound like wood burning is almost humorous. Anything but. It is annoying and not realistic. We keep it off.The C/F degree is fussy. Always wants to go back to C. I have just learned the difference and left it on C.You have to be right in front of the fireplace, direct line, for the remote to work.I wish we could return it and get the one that was recommended. It would have been worth the extra cost.

We installed this about a year ago and it still works great and that’s with nearly every day use !We lost the remote and emailed the customer service they were quick to respond and very helpful :)

Service was on time.Measurment were not correct.was not as tall as one it replaced as ad said.It most definitely was not as wide as ad said it is 1 1/2" to narrow.I would strongly suggest check your measurement numerous times as I did.Yet received one that was incorrect.On top of that right corner bottom was damaged for the hold down screws.

This fireplace insert was exactly what I needed. Easy to operate and the heat is amazing. Highly recommend this product!

I bought this to replace the on in my RV that no longer worked. I bought this one specifically for the "crackling" sound feature.First, the box was destroyed when it arrived. The mounting bracket was bent and there were scratches on the frame. The scratches aren't very noticeable. The mounting bracket being bent makes it so the frame does not sit flush against the wall. I will be the only one who will notice. So, I installed it.Then, ...It works. As in, it pushes hot air. The remote barely and rarely works. IMO, the flame and "logs" look cheesy. The "crackling" sound is not realistic at all and plays on a loop that cuts off in the middle of the sound. So, it is very obvious. Which is distracting. Which is irritating.It is going back.
