I have been taking BetaGlucan for many years due to medical issues with my immunity. I recently listened to a podcast by an epidemiologist from the University of Md where he discussed his research on the substance. Better Way Health came out on top with its efficacy. So I decided to switch from the NOW brand which did a notch one below Better Way Health. For the winter my immune system will be better off warding off whatever infections are going around while I use this product. I am happy that I found it on Amazon.

This seems to be a good quality Beta-Glucan blend so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is a bit high- Label has non-GMO stamp but no indication of GMP cert or 3rd party lab testing (I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.

These Beta Glucans are top of the line. They help restore the gut after antibiotics or if you are trying to change your diet to get healthier. Do your research and you will see. These capsules have no odor or taste and are easy to take. As someone who is very picky with regard to smells and taste, you trust me on this. If you don't want to swallow the capsules you can always pour the powder onto your food.This more potent formula (500) is great to jumpstart your immune system and then you can switch to the (100) for maintenance.

These capsules contain 100 mg of their proprietary purified glucan. The recommended dose is 2 caps. I got them primarily for the immune system benefits especially as we head into cold & flu season but I understand they have other benefits as well, such as aiding blood sugar support and gut health. So far these seem good and I like having the option to take a lower dose. No noticeable side effects to report and that’s a good thing. My only reservation is that these are on the expensive side at ~$40 for a 30 day supply.

Some of the other beta glucan capsules out there have other ingredients in them, but these capsules are all beta 1,3/1,6 glucan. I have been excited about beta glucan since I first started taking it because it has so many health features - immunity, antimicrobial, blood sugar maintenance, fighting fatigue, and reducing cholesterol. So these pack quite a punch with regard to health. Easy to take and this product has a long shelf life.

This is a great source of purified beta glucan without any other additives. The capsules are vegetarian and easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste and no irritated stomach. Beta glucan has a lot of health benefits and can be good for your heart and immune system. These capsules are a nice, clean source made from a single ingredient. Thanks for reading my review. I won't really comment on the supplement as a whole, that's for you and your doctor to work out, but in my case, having more than ONE supplement in one pill, is fantastic. You end up cluttered up with pills, organizing them is a pain, forgetting what you took is a pain, now, most of what I need is in this one pill. USA made as well, which is a nice touch.
