Beware when installing
If roughing into sheathing for a foam/stucco application, add additional 1/4” sheathing behind box to bring the box out further, not the 1” as suggested in directions. 1” foam and another 1/2” of brown coat and stucco and your box will be too far into the wall. Had to get longer screws to attach the door and the gas line hits the stucco. No problems with the valve so far

caution !! sharp edges on all Stainless edges ...
great, almost, design. Had to finish product prior to use.. Took a wire wheel to all edges to prevent cuts. The unit must have been designed with a different manufacturer of the brass parts as I had to modify the box to hold the fittings properly... door only prevents access to the valve, the quick disconnect is still available as per design ?? You unlock and turn the gas on, remove the quick disconnect and lock up the knob with the fitting still exposed. Would I purchase again, sure, nothing competes

Great design, GARBAGE product
This company has taken a great design, and made it as bad as possible. It's obvious that this company is only looking to maximize their profit margin. I would guess that this cost about $5 for them to produce, but they have a unique product. It's unfortunate they they didn't make a quality product with this design. I will be sure never to buy anything that Burnaby produces.Completely disappointed.

Leaked in 3 months
Gas safety shutt off leaked within 3 months can't get in touch with anyone for a replacement?
