Very good but …
It’s really delicious but the salt must also be of good quality not just labelled “salt”. Strongly suggest Celtic sea salt etc it would enhance the organic cabbage far more.

This product came watery ,bitter and had a different taste. I suspect that it was not stored properly. I had to throw it and go buy the same from the coop which was way better in smell and taste.so from the coop it was better in quality and less than half of the price.
