Worst service and technical support from Brand side
The product working fine. But if you face any defects or some problem with the motor means. You does get any support from the brand side. They only said you have brought from online then get the service request also from online itself. Worst behaviour from the service side. They won't respond properly. And even they didn't come and inspect the fault of the motor. And not even trying to rectify it.From my experience, my suggestion is, if you want warranty claim or free service then buy it through near by offline store.If you does need warranty or service. You can choose online Shop.If we purchase from near by store means they will fix it and claim it from their dealer side.Overall, This is a good product. But very very worst service and technical support from the brand side.

Automatic controller
Automatic booster pump controller is not working. Purchased on 01/05/2025.1 week it was worked and it it isnot working. I complaint and technician came and checked .he informed me that the item to be replaced.amazon purchase he cannot able to do anything. Now who will help me to replace the controller

Game changer on experience
This is a game changer for me on how it helps. We live in a 1+1 villa and so water pressure is quite low. This unit works like charm, easy to install. Develops such water pressure under the shower that it feels like I am under a waterfall. Damn good and works automatically whenever we open tap anywhere.

Working fine since last 9 months
I have my water tank on my first floor and this pressure pump works fine with two bathrooms at same time, even more it can handle I hope
