I purchased the Agaro Rice Cooker about six months ago, and initially, it worked like a charm. It cooked rice perfectly and was a convenient addition to my kitchen. However, after about six months of regular use, the unit unfortunately developed a fault and stopped working correctly.Naturally, I was disappointed, but since the product was still under warranty, I reached out to Agaro's customer service. This is where Agaro truly impressed me. The process for getting a replacement was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. They processed my request efficiently, and I received a brand new replacement unit in a timely manner.A special shout-out and huge thanks to Payal Gosh from Agaro's customer service team. She was instrumental in facilitating this entire smooth experience. Her professionalism and helpfulness made a potentially frustrating situation into a remarkably positive one.While the initial unit had an issue, Agaro's commitment to customer satisfaction and their excellent warranty support, particularly through individuals like Payal, has completely turned my perception around. The new rice cooker is working perfectly so far. If you're considering an Agaro product, rest assured that their customer service is top-notch should you ever need it.

This product has inherent design problem. Rate of heating is very poor. Thermistor is tripping off very frequently. Not a reliable product. But the service provided by Ms Payel Ghosh is excellent. I appreciate her patience, perseverance, service and support.

I bought this rice cooker on December 2024 it works really well for first few months but from may 2025 a burning smell started coming out from it as it was on warrenty company replaced the item.Thank you Payel Ghosh customer support team for your cooperation regarding the replacement

Nice product. Service of Team agaro led by Payel Ghosh madam is very impressive. My issues is resolved within 5-6 days due to her honest efforts. Once again Agaro is a very trustworthy brand. Nice company nice product. Good service!!!!

This is a very good cooker, after a few days it developed a technical fault, but we called Agro customer care and my problem was solved very well, I was helped by Payal Ghosh who is an excellent customer executive

Cooking taking time rice not that much tasty and this good for soup,steaming boiling rice is not that much good overall I am not satisfied waste of money and at time we can't cook and steam vegetables.Streaming is good .
