I gave it five stars because it is a great bottle. I use it almost everyday for riding my Recumbent Trike. The lid has a weak spot in the straw connection and will last 2 maybe 3 years; but, the vendor assured me that when the lid is needed they will be sent with out question. The bottles are somewhat indestructable with normal use. I have had e-mails from Derek and Lisa both have been great. Thank you both for you help.

I've been using this for the last two weeks for a water bottle. Water is still cold after sitting overnight. Seems to be pretty durable. And does fit in the cup holders in both of my vehicles as described.

My 7-year-old daughter loves this water bottle, but the pop-up lid with the straw broke pretty quickly, so she isn't able to use it anymore. It comes with 3 lid styles, but she only likes the one with the straw. So the water bottle itself gets 5 stars for durability, but the lid is made of pretty cheap plastic. Would love if the lid was at least available to buy as a replacement part. Definitely disappointed, as she only had it for about 4 months when the lid broke.

Even though we really liked the bottle, after about 10 months the silicone suction piece inside the cap got ripped. The rip is not in an area where you can reach with your mouth/teeth, therefore it is not a user made issue. It states 2 years Exchange on the page. I tried to contact the company through their web page and (Updated part from here) they send me a replacement unit. Lisa from their customer service was very kind and helpful. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and their good customer service.

It a great flask . The size is perfect, easy to drink, ice retention and durable but be careful of how you handle it do it doesn’t scratch. It is durable and the color is okay
