I have had this for a long time. I see my chiropractor every single week at least twice. Well, when I first got this back stretcher I now know that I overdid it! It made me sick to my stomach. Mind you I am in my 70's. However I started using it again a week or so ago for like 3 to 5 minutes a day..nice..long...easy...stretches....several times a day and I am telling you I feel so much better! I so wish when I first got this machine that I had used it properly. I am always painting, picking up the yard and moving stuff and I am learning to use this machine for 3 to 5 minutes BEFORE and AFTER...my back hurts less and I am so grateful...blessings!

First of all, this is a great alternative to inversion tables where you hang upside down for back decompression and this is the best and most affordable alternative design I’ve seen so far. It works.That said, I have a suggestion to make it much easier to get on and off and to use. Make the legs on the head end of the bench twice as long but keep the leg end the same. I used 10” blocks to boost the head end and it made it much easier to get on and off and it was more comfortable to use.

The machine nearly identical to this one (but much more expensive) at the gym I go to got me hooked so much that I got this one to use at home. This less expensive option works just as well as the one at the gym.

This was easy to put together and is pretty sturdy. Husband is using to help with a back problem. There seems to be some improvement.The bench is narrow so if you’re in pain getting off the bench is tricky. We designed a rope system that he can pull himself back up and use same to slowly lay down. Foot holder is a bit difficult to raise/release; again remembering my husband is in currently in pain to move certain ways.

This is a great product for people who are not extremely tall. I have used one of these for years at a gym and finally bought one for home. This one is more compact than the Precor machine but is very effective for shorter people. I am getting a better stretch on it than on the Precor Machine. Not quite a sturdy as Precor but doesn't matter for me.Directions could be a little better. Pictures of how screws go in should be larger. Took about 1.5 hours to assemble by myself.

I had high hopes for this product. It seemed to be a good solution to my back issues. Back Decompression, right? I did check the sizes that the product would fit and I seemed good to go, but after receiving and putting it together (whew!); I found that it was too large for me. Or should I say, I was too short for the back decompressor. My measurements don't fit! The underarm rests are way too high for me, hitting my shoulders. This was one of my concerns, but again when I check the height/weight recommendations, I was in the parameters. I have contacted the vendors and I am hoping that we can come up with a solution. I can't use it, it doesn't fit my size. Now what??

Well constructed and easily assembled. A gym I used to go to had these. It's great for a warmup tool and for cool downs.

Love this. I bought it after closing out my membership to a gym had something similar. I was nerveous it wouldn't be balanced. That has not been a concern. Took half an hour to assemble, instructions were fairly clear.
