Great product. I use a tablespoon in 8 ounces of apple juice, four times a day has sure fixed my stomach problems.Therefore, I recommend you get two or three packets on hand when your stomach acts up.

Has a silicon dioxide. Also it's cabbage POWDER, which makes it really really light and fluffy so there's a lot of dust with this product because of silicon dioxide, you breathing that in is going to really mess you up

I love to bake. I especially love using ingredients no one expects to find in what I am making. Like avocados in a cookie that is more like a truffle or sweet potato in a brownie. When I saw the cupcake recipe on the back of this package (you can see it on the product page), I knew I had to try it. Can't say a lot of nutrition is added, but it will make for interesting conversations!ETA: I did make the recipe on the back of the package. It was well received and I will make them again.

I love Judees products, I order from them regularly as does my mom. She likes it because she can call them, haha. I like it because they offer a wide variety on Amazon, always of great quality, and I like the look, taste, and performance.I buy vegetable powders. I do buy fresh, frozen, canned, and grow some of my own BUT these past couple of years have led me to add other storage styles to my long term pantry, emergency pantry. Sometimes I cant find certain foods, or it is low, out of stock, looks bad, price is too high. I decided that having some freeze dried vegetables and powders would help me to keep adding nutrition to my meals even when it is not available fresh in store. I havent been too concerned about cabbage, but it is a worthwhile addition.I have used it in sipping broths, or simply added to food (soups, casseroles, sauces). I am sure there are a slew of other uses. Cabbage is naturally sweet, and i can see it being used in muffins. I will have to try that. So far I have kept the powder in the bag, but I may portion some out into mason jars and vac seal them.I like it, I would buy it again.

These showed up the day after my son’s birthday, and I can’t say he was disappointed at narrowly missing out on the “cabbage cupcakes” recipe on the back on the container…. ! I can totally support using these in shakes and sauces, but I’m not so sure about cupcakes - I haven’t evolved to that level of health left!So I tried this powder out in a soup and it worked great. I was curious if it would help thicken the texture at all and not so much in that respect, I don’t think cabbage has enough starch to be very useful in that respect. I used in a tomato based soup with a stronger flavor hoping it would mask the cabbage and let me add more of it to pack in the nutrients, and it worked well. Very happy with this powder! Cabbage is one of those vegetables I struggle convincing the kids to eat, which is sad since it has such a great crunch and mild flavor!The only thing that could “improve” this powder is if it came from purple cabbage, which has even more nutrients than the green!Two thumbs up for a great produce from Judee’s - and I love that they are a small American owned & made in business.

I was looking for red cabbage powder and got fooled by the red packaging on this, it's GREEN cabbage !!!To make matters worse, it's nonreturnable !!!I understand that for a small company it's hard to get everything right but here's your opportunity to improve:1- put your green cabbage powder into a green ziplock bags.2 - be specific on the wording, say it out in big bold letters, it is GREEN
