i have a vertical labret and i used this plastic piercing during my wisdom teeth removal! it was perfect

These are okay. They get the job done. They are quite fragile so you have to be careful. One ball did break on me when using it. Glad I had a 2 pack of these. I wouldn't highly recommend, but in a pinch they'll do.

It takes a steady hand and some patience but you can do it!
So a previous reviewer said it was small and it is pretty small. The dimensions are listed and so it really shouldn’t come as a surprise if you own a ruler/ taper measure/ sense of spatiality.It is tricky to place as the hole in the ball is very small; so grab your lucky spouse, a bright light, something to catch the ball if you drop it, take a shot of your favorite beverage to steady the hand play some relaxing music. It may take a short time to put together but if you have a deft hand and some patience, you’ll have a great time. Good luck ;)
