Good for large hands. Really like that it uses AA battery instead of USB charging.
1) So far I've only had this for 2 days, so battery life is not tested - but not an issue no matter what... Because it uses a single AA battery. Whenever it gets low, there is no need to charge it up - just swap the battery and good to go.2) Reasonably comfortable to use. I am mostly used to conventional (horizontal) as compared to vertical like this one. I have huge hands. This is properly sized grip as to height for me for a vertical mouse. I do wish it was slightly longer (not taller) but compared to two previous times (a couple of years ago) when I tried a vertical mouse, this is definitely the best fitting one I've had and I'm already quickly getting used to it.3) As others have pointed out, the forward/backward buttons are positioned above and below where the thumb is supposed to go - and not with much room to spare. If they spaced this out by an additional half-inch or so, that would be nice - but it's ok as is.4) Not noted in photos... the USB receiver is located under the battery cover and stored inside the mouse. I thought it had not been delivered in the package and had a bit of trouble finding where it is. But it is there. Hope someone who sees this avoids the "WTF they didn't include the receiver" moment that I had.

It works!
This mouse is still the best-fitting one for my hand, and I've tried some extremely expensive ones before (Evoluent, etc).

Nice Grip Position
It's a nice mouse that keeps my wrist from hurting. I like the grip, and how it doesn't force the thumb inwards. The buttons are programmable, and I like that it is wired. I do game with it, but the mouse scroll wears out after a year. I'm having to replace it again. It's also cheap, but since it's cheap, you get cheap parts I guess (which is the mouse scroll). I can't use any of the ones that make your thumb grip curve inward, so this is the best one for me, even if it wears out yearly. But for a nice grip, it's worth the cost.

BEWARE THE THUMB! Looks big but not for a big handed people.
Beware if you have big hands as the size of this mouse may deceivin you into believing it would be comfortable. I bought this as a backup to my anker vertical mouse to use in my office, while leaving the anker at home. After a week of using it I can't adapt to it.First, the good: It functions properly, no connection issues smooth movement, and overall a decent mouse. My experience really has more to do with ergonomics then the function of the mouse. I think every person would need to order one of these to see if it fits your hand.I have a very large hand and you would assume that a large mouse like this would fit well on it but it doesn't. I've posted pictures of my anker mouse for comparison, as it fits my hand very nicely and is substantially smaller than this one.Strike 1.If you look at the pictures attached you'll see that I have to pinch this mouse in order to grab the mouse buttons. They are protruding buttons but they do not extend as far as the end of the mouse so they are not sitting under my fingertips when I rest my hand on it. That turns into me gripping the mouse in in a manner that leaves space between my hand and the mouse that is more likely to pinching than moving.Strike 2The left and right click buttons, and the scroll wheel are situated in such a way that you almost have to use three fingers to run the mouse. Index finger on the left click, ring finger on the right click and middle finger on the scroll wheel. This may be natural to some, but on a non-gaming mouse this is unnatural for me. On my anker mouse I'm able to run everything with two fingers because the mouse buttons are very large and I can switch my finger between right click and scroll wheel simply enough.Strike 3The "back" button in the area where my thumb is, is directly beneath my thumb. In the week that I tried this, I rested my thumb on the button and backed out of pages I was working on a total of 12 times over just a few days. My thumb is too heavy and it rests exactly where this button is. I lost the text of a very long document I was writing online and that was the last straw and really the reason I'm writing this.My anchor mouse which is much smaller by comparison is the better choice and I'm just going to order another of those. The attached wrist rest is a gimmick. If you read to this point, if anything just understand your hand may be too big for this mouse.
