Q: Looking for colored cellophane for cookie bouquets. Is this ideal?

Yes!! It worked for my bouquets. Very bright colors.

Q: Are these good to use as gel for led lights?

I used them to change the color of led lights. Not sure about gel.

Q: Is this cellophane thick enough too create henna cones?

Sorry, I don't know what a henna cone is.

Q: Can you use this wrap baking goods?

Absolutely. I wrapped brownies in it this past weekend. The color does not run and it looks fabulous. I did cut the sheets in half, though, because they are big. I love these cellophane sheets!
