SO far SO good, works great and easy to use!
So far I have only used for heat pressing shirts, and that has worked out fantastic for me so far. I have not had any issues with the unit holding the correct temperature as some had reported here. Possibly that part was updated? or I got lucky ? lolStill need to try out the other attachments, but they look fine at this point, and if I can update this later after doing that, I will.As for heat pressing shirts, works wonderfully and very happy I got it!

Worth of the money and highly recommended
Worth of the money and straightforward to use! This is my second heat press machine. My last one is a 12x10 inch press and is still working fine. Need to upgrade to a larger size so I bought this one after some research. This heat press machine comes with a different control box that has a lot of advanced features. You can program three modes into the control box with specific set temperature and time you want. Instead of wasting time changing set temperature and time for different applications, you can quickly switch between the three different modes by pressing the mode button. Another feature that I really like is that the control can record the times of heat transferring, which would be very helpful in a busy work. I was hesitant to buy this machine when see the review about the scratches on this machine, but finally pulled the trigger. Mine is working fine and totally brand new. I noticed that there is a protective film on the mug attachment, and seems the scratches mentioned in the other review is on the film not really the attachment. I don’t think that will be an issue, since the film needs to be removed anyway, as suggested on the manual.By the way, if anyone gets confused about how to use the machine, you can directly contact the seller. The seller support Catherine is really nice and helpful. During the first time of using this machine, every time after pressing down the heating plate, I found that the temperature would drop. I was concerned and asked Catherine for help. She is professional and helped me out with the issue. Turns out, the cold T shirt would always take away some heat causing an initial temperature drop, but the control will bring the heat up once it detects the temperature drop in a few seconds. I tested it and it was indeed the case. She also suggested to pre-heat the t shirt for a few seconds before the real transfer, to remove the wrinkles and also minimize the initial temperature drop during the transferring. So far, this machine works well, highly recommended!!!

Just a little glitch
I really like this heat press. The fact that it rotates and has a sliding try was a big selling point for me. The pressure is easy to adjust. The only problem with the machine, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, is the temperature setting. I would turn on the machine, make sure I was on Fahrenheit and then set the temperature. Let's say I would set it for 380. Once the machine got to 380, it would blow right past it. I was very frustrated! I finally went on YouTube and lo and behold there is a video of this machine that doesn't answer my question. I decided to read the comments and there it was. Tucked deep in the q & a was a conversation about this exact issue. I guess there is a problem with the machine's programming. Even if you set it for Fahrenheit it still measures in Celcius. That is an easy fix and I am so happy to know that I won't be ruining any more shirts!
