Q: Hi, i just received the bespoke cube air purifier. i noticed that accessory kit is missing including the power plug. what should i do?

It may be worth contacting the manufacturer. It is possible that you are in poor conditions, but it is equally possible that a sensor is not functioning as intended, providing you with unexpected readings.

Q: does it push out strong wind?

There are 5 modes: Smart, High, Wind Free, Pet and Sleep. Smart mode will push air variably from low to high depending on air quality. High will push out quite a bit of air and the noise in noticable, but not too annoying. I've been keeping it on Wind Free mode which is effective and whisper quiet. I have not tried the other modes.

Q: Does it work on 220-230v power? Or is it only American 120v

This device includes a transformer, kind of like a laptop, which will take wall current (120v or 220v/240v AC, either 50hz or 60hz) and feed the unit with the 24v DC it requires. In short, yes. This device includes a power supply that will work with all domestic alternating current supplies. I would guess that Samsung ships this product with the appropriate cord to connect the power supply to your specific type of wall outlet depending on your locale.
