WOW! This radio is so mindblowing! It is portable, it comes with NOAA radio , and it has really good sound quality. It also recieves my favorite FM station which is hard to catch on most radios. Very good for a cheap Chinese product!

Perfect sized radio about the size of an average palm of hand. Every station is clear, of course, this depends on if you are near radio towerscor live on a deserted island i guess...lol. its a radio. The weather band is great, switch it over and the weather guy does a rundown for your state and local conditions at all times. Gets am and fm perfectly. I whip straight get one for everybody in my family. Great to slip in a carryall and kinda brings you back to simpler enjoyable times with radio. Very pleased south this purchase. Comes in a nice little radio box and worked instantly as expected.

I bought this because we've been having some crazy weather, and associated power outages. It gets the NOAA emergency notifications, as well as a full array of AM/FM/WB channels. And, although it's small, it packs a pretty big sound! The controls are super easy to use; no tech skills necessary! There's also a port for earphones, and an extendable antenna. I love it! It's going to Cape Cod with me soon....just in time for hurricane season. Or, some cool vacation music.P.S. I bought this because I saw it featured on the NY Times feature, WIRECUTTER. Don't let the low price fool you. It's an awesomely simple device, but it works really well.

I feel as if this product gives you the best out of it you can probably get for around that price.I use it to check the weather in my local area.Its pretty cool, yes it is 4-8/10 chance of having perfect clear audio from the weather station. It is manageable and fun to play with and listen in. At least in my area/ region it works pretty fine. Not perfect but it’s definitely working. I assume it would be pocket size lol. But its lite and the size of your phone but thicker. Overall not bad especially for price. ( I haven’t experienced the weather station working with no staticky on any device yet.)The fm radio works like a car radio on point flip a stations with clarity. I think the am stations works good but i don’t remember because I didn’t use it too much.I like it.

I bought this radio in preparation for Hurricane Fiona. It's size was convenient and had the NOAA station included. It also was cheap. Well to my dismay every time you touched the front face plate it would go silent. When least expected it would lose transmission in the middle of an important update on the storm. While transmitting, if you picked it up to move from one place to another, it would go mute and all you would hear was static. I should have read the place of manufacturing: China! Never again!!! DOn't waste your money!

I bought this for my survival kit. Haven’t used it for any other reason.

Sound quality of this very small radio is mind-blowing - really surprisingly good. In fact, I bought an additional one I liked the first one so much. Got great reception just about everywhere even my basement. That is until the first one abruptly stopped working after about a month. Wasn't the batteries - just stopped working. The second one is still working but it am having a bit of trouble. Sometimes it just won't come on - no lights, no sound, nothing. Then, I move the dial up and down and it starts up. Too bad - it's a really good size and perfect for where I am using it. But, unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
