Broken scanner glass on arrival
Amazon when I hit return says that Xerox wants us to contact them first about problems. I called Xerox support immediately. They said they would have a new one to me in 5 business days. After 5 days I called them again. Nothing had been shipped. About 4 days later I still have no notice about a replacement. Tomorrow is 10 days.. next printer is not Xerox.

Very great investment
Purchased for my small business and use a chromebook as well as android smartphones to print using mopria print which is not stated in instructions that xerox does not download on chromebooks. Started to send back but found another way to print thanks to mopria print.

Bought this to replace 5 years of buying 3335 models.
The replacement ink cost/page is the most expensive I've seen. Don't but this. I have a brand new one that I won't use anymore because of the ink cost almost as much as a new machine.

By far the worst laser printer device we've ever owned.
If you have time to waste trying to get this piece of garbage set up, then maybe this is right for you. so far, we've spent over $ 1,000.00 with a local IT company trying to get this thing to work in our 9-person office. the manual feed only prints one page and then you have to load the next page etc. The email function is slow as molasses. I had a Brother, and I'm sorry I took someone's advice and bought this thing. total garbage. If you need to print envelopes, good luck it can only print one size envelope. I can't say it loud enough, stay away from this thing.

Small office FAILURE!
We purchased this for our small business as a replacement for our Xerox Workcentre 3325. Since that model was no longer available, this printer was listed as the newer equivalent. Our Workcentre 3325 lasted 6 years the only issue being that by the time we needed a new pic roller for the bottom feed tray, the part was no longer available. So the B315 seemed appropriate as a replacement. Aside from constant "paper size" errors with the bottom tray, this machine only lasted 2 years before the touch screen completely glitched out. Also, the touch screen buttons were WAY too small, especially for typing in fax numbers. Very VERY disappointed. Xerox, I think our relationship has officially ended.
