I was looking for a skipping rope which is made from the material which this one is, and I have to say it is perfect.Pros:1. It is the perfect length for someone who is 5ft 9inches; I didn't even need to shorten the length of the rope2. The material of the rope is perfect so I know when to jump whilst I am skipping (it can sting a little if I don't jump in time and it hits my legs; haha)3. The handles are easy to screw and unscrew if you want to take the weights out of shorten the rope4. The fact that their is minature weights in the handles is perfect as it gives my arms a slight weight work out as wellCons:1. The only con of this is the useless minature bag you get with it. Although the rope fits inside the bag, you have to wrap the rope in a round motion to avoid breaking the rope during future use and I think the bag is slighly too small; so I find the bag pointless.But apart from this small issue I find the rope well worth the money

The removable weights in the handles add and extra chalenge to any cardio workout.The build quality is very good, it is easy to shorten and it is overall very good value for money.

I use it but to long not figured way to adjust length, but great for someone taller
