Q: What are the measurements of the sizes?

Depending on what bed size you order. A twin size will fit traditional twin as well as deep pocket and xlong. These sheets will fit more snuggly on the deeper mattresses offering deeper compression. For the xlong twin, there will be a larger space from end of sheet to top of mattress.

Q: Can two kids sleep under the sheet?

Yes, my two kids 10 and 8 sleep in a full size under this. It actually encouraged them to sleep in their own beds after each got one!!

Q: Would this work in a shared bed, if the other person slept on top of the compression blanket?

Possibly, it’s thin enough and stretchy enough. When my daughter and I do a sleepover in her bed, she sleeps under the sheet and I sleep over as I feel claustrophobic under it. It works for us just for the night.
