Usually, the lidocaine is 1% but this is 5% and can feel the difference rightaway. And the spray bottle is good for reaching the back.

This is a great topical local and works really well! We have used it quit a bit since purchase. Very pleased!

There were no directions on how to use the bottle with the odd spray arm. You waste quite a bit of product spraying through the wand. Better off taking it off and spraying directly on the area. For me, about effective as every other product, but at a lower cost.

If I could give zero Stars I would. This pump spray is shooting out liquid not even like a foam spray and so it is messy and doesn't make anything numb to begin with. I found absolutely no positive benefit to using it.

Wasn't real happy with this product I wanted an aresol spray not a pump spray and it doesn't work out last long enough
