I have large legs to begin with, but I also have lymphedema. Finding a knee brace that would fit me was a task I'd undertaken and not had any luck with so far. But I needed knee braces because I also have osteoarthritis, my knees are bone on bone and my kneecaps are prone to slip and slide a lot, making it hard for me to walk without fear of falling. My doctor told me good braces would help keep the kneecap in place, so I set about trying to find some. But every time I read measurements, I left disappointed because I knew they wouldn't fit me.I thought I was just destined to have to learn to live with knees that went sideways while I was going forward, but then I happened to find these. After reading the measurements, I decided to take a chance on these.Finally, I have relief!! These fit comfortably without biting into my legs at all! They're easy to get on and easy to get adjusted (though I have my husband do that because my shoulders are also bone on bone and I don't have the upper arm strength to pull the straps tight enough for my comfort). They're very comfortable, they don't roll or slip when I'm walking and I can wear them all day without issues! If they get dirty, I just toss them in a sink full of soapy water, then rinse them well and hang them from the shower curtain to dry without any problems!If you're looking for a larger brace for larger legs and have found these and are reading this review, I highly recommend these! I don't think you'll be disappointed and I think the relief you get will be wonderful!

It fits well enough to do the job... but is not necessarily comfortable. It does start to slip down while wearing but not enough to complain too much. I would buy it again for the price and fit.

Very comfortable, yet supportive.So easy to put on my leg. After the 1st one arrived, I ordered a 2nd one!Fell on my knees (on cement) yesterday, because one of my knees gave out (meniscus issues), but the other leg is very stiff today, so I better use a brace on both knees! Great product!

First, I’m grateful for the larger size knee brace. It was easy to put on, comfortable to wear, and gave good support.Only issue was the Velcro gave out way too soon. Within a month if almost daily wear, the Velcro on the wraparound straps stopped sticking, and before long the base straps wouldn’t stick. Total loss at that point.

Finally, a knee brace that fits my massive thighs!I am prone to dislocating my knee, but sadly my thighs and legs in general are quite large. It has been a massive struggle to find something to fit, and the largest size of this brace JUST fits me perfectly.It's simple, easy, and has plenty of straps for adjustment.

I've ordered twice now for my dad he loves them help with his knee pain.

It doesn’t stay up on leg unless you are sitting still

Got this as I twisted my knee and hoped this would help. It does stabilize the knee but kept falling down regardless of put under or over your clothes. Glad I didn't have to wear it for very long, kind of frustrating always pulling it up
