Q: What's on the back of the card? I've only seen pictures of the front.

The back of the card just has printed info about the card and the company, as well as the website.

Q: Does the keychain size has black point and/or white point?

No, it's a grey card, so it establishes the correct color for your photograph when you're processing it with Photoshop or other software. It's not made to find correct exposure.

Q: How easily does this stain? Is it easy to keep clean?

I don't know what black magic they use for the material, but haven't seen one discolor or stain so far, and at least 8 or so exist within my circle of photographer friends. I keep one in a vest pocket for work with a bunch of other stuff and there's no mark on it. It's a matte finish but very smooth, which probably helps. The credit card sized ones come with a protective sleeve as well. If it's your first WhiBal, I highly recommend getting the credit card size first, unless you work with small objects or macro photography.
