We bought 125 of these for a work event. They were a hit. They do have to be assembled and the strings knotted and laced through the openings, which took a bit of time, so plan ahead accordingly.

These hats are horrible! They must be assembled and are poorly made for this purpose. During assembly, they rip easily and do not fold in a manner that makes them look attractive at all. I purchased these for a church ministry, but will not be able to use them, due to the poor quality adnd difficulty of use. I'm not sure what I'm going to be able to do with the ones I have left, other than throw them away.

Really hard to put together, they tear, so you have to tape them down. You also have to tie the string on.

I purchased these hats for a birthday party for developmentally disabled adults. Only a few had blow outs with the elastic and the length of the elastic bands was long enough for an adult size head. Big hit! We had fun. Thank you

I bought this for the birthday week I experience every year. I have a dozen friends who have their birthdays consecutively in two weeks of June. I decided to get this bulk bday hats to use for all of them and it worked out great. We found assembling the hat was a fun activity for the birthday itself and the hats are cheap when bought in bulk like this.

I would give 0 zero if allowed. We purchased 400 party hats for a school event. The hats were so hard to assemble. It was honestly a complete waste of all our time putting them together. We ruined tons of them trying to assemble them correctly. Not only do you have to assemble each hat but you also have to tie the strings. It was so frustrating! Next time, we will spend the extra money and purchase hats that are already assembled.
