Spice Islands Beau Monde Seasoning, 3.5 Ounce

This is an awesome spice! I use in a lot of meals. First bought it to make Dill dip, which is awesome and then discovered the many meals I could use it in.

A perfectly adequate, basic version of this spice mix. Salt, onion and celery seed. Other brands may offer a wider blend of spices.

A super excited to find this on Amazon since our local grocery store stop selling it and went to selling their brand of seasoning which does not include this mixture. I know it is something I can mix up myself but there's something to be said about the convenience of it all.I was extremely happy and excited when I saw what the price was per seasoning jar. I decided to buy two myself and I told my neighbor about it and she also bought two for herself and two for her daughter-in-law.It was either smart that we bought two at a time or dumb because a couple weeks later I went to the same seller to purchase some more for my aunt and my mother and the price had more than doubled per jar. We got it for $3.70 some cents a jar and a couple weeks later it was over $8 per jar. So either us buying six to eight bottles within a couple of days to give to family spark the seller to raise the price more than double, or maybe we just happen to get in right before the price hike.Either way at $8 per jar it's the exact same amount that my local grocer used to sell it for so I don't feel as though I'm being taken advantage at that price. It's on par for what everybody else was selling it for. We were just amazed at how inexpensive it was and hence why we snapped it up while we could.This seasoning is a must in our family for any savory dish that has heavy cream in it such as chicken wild rice soup, a little mixed in with mashed potatoes and of course our hamburger gravy. It just adds that special salty kick that we love

This is a replacement bottle for the same brand I had, I was just getting a fresher bottle since I don't use it very often.
