This has the probiotic strain I was looking for, that has been shown in trials to help with emotional issues like depression and anxiety. After a few months, I had an experience where it felt like the dimmer switch had been moved to a brighter position.More and more info is coming out that our gut is not only crucial for our immune system, but is like a 2nd brain, can impact our emotions, and our "gut feeling" is a very real thing. I'm eager to see more products like this as more is learned.

I’ve noticed since taking this the edge has been taken out of my anxiety. When I’m anxious it’s not as severe and I’m able to calm down and get perspective more easily. It’s a subtle difference, but a welcome one!

…don’t take in the evening.I’ve been struggling with stress related digestive issues and this type of probiotic has really done a great job. Mood and overall anxiety/stress has been managed well, experiencing less digestive issues and it’s only been 3 days since purchase. The only thing to keep in mind of is that this will keep you awake at night if you take it in the evening.Still 5 stars.

This product really dead.Help me as far as my digestive practice concerned. I just ordered my second month. Using it to get my gut health back in order to try to help with some anxiety issues, i'm experiencing.

Pricy, but good value for the money

I believe it works, the pricing though makes it hard to upkeep though. It would cost around $780 dollars a year if you took this everyday for a year which seems steep for everyone’s everyday vitamin quiver. I love this brand and what they are after. I’d give 5 stars if the price wasn’t so jacked up.

This product after few hours taking it made me shaky unfortunately , I was excited about it but doesn’t work for me.
