It’s good for the price, the resistance is not great though so you need to do more reps or really stretch out if you want to feel a burn. Seems sturdy though so far I’ve used it about 10 times and it hasn’t broken or anything 👍🏼

I was surprised that Mrs G took to using this home trainer as soon as it arrived and she tells me that it is so nice to work with.She gives herself about 10 mins each evening with it to help relax after work whilst also helping to get her fitter and, unlike many other exercise devices we have tried, this one is still getting used many weeks later, so it must be good.

Feels cheaply made. Some exercised the band won’t stretch far enough to perform. A complete waste of money in my eyes. Shame I can’t return it anymore
