This is the second hat I have bought from this company. The first was perfect! It was delivered in a cardboard box. My son is a farmer & loves it. Now my husband-also a farmer-wants one. I ordered it and it was delivered in a plastic bag. It was bent in half & no longer had its circular shape. The headgear inside was disconnected from the hat. There were black smudges on the outside tip of the hat. I reached out to the company as Amazon suggested and they are sending me another one. It is taking forever. I had to furnish pictures-no problem- and at first I had to print out a mailing label to return the damaged hat but then the company told me I don't have to mail it back. I am still waiting for the replacement. I requested it be shipped in a sturdy box like the first time. We will see. Other than that, I am hoping my husband gets as much joy from the hat as my son. We are farmers in TX so wearing a Chinaman's hat is unique & shady!

Bought this for my four year old to complete her Raya Costume. It was perfect.

It came squished. I used hot water to re-shape the yellow plastic part that sits on head. I soaked the hat to put it back into shape & let it dry in new shape. It can be done, I found it sad that I had to do it, but it now works great.

Well made product. Was very pleased with the quality.

Took a chance even though several reviewers said the hat came damaged. Hat is also VERY small so I might have returned anyway because of that.

Description says it comes with the rope, but my hat did not come with one. Also, they shipped it in a bag, so it got deformed. It is still usable and wearable, but ultimately, I wish they would have just shipped it in a box. Seems pretty intuitive for a fragile product.
