Q: How do you justify charging $400 for this?

It's very expensive but it has helped my fiance greatly. He was practically unable to put his contacts in until he got this device so for us, it was worth it but I totally agree ridiculously expensive.

Q: What is a scleral lenses? Will this work with soft contact lenses. Also, how do I take them out with this?

We will be releasing a version that is specifically designed for inserting soft contact lenses in the future. I think here it means "to enhance" .... they sell things to aid in you enhancing your vision.
