This watch works great with all of the features we were looking for and not at all complicated for an elderly person to navigate through. It works off of wifi and LTE making it a good emergency contact device. It also has fall notifications as well. He has been wearing it since March with zero issues. We were forever trying to reach him with his phone which he charges by his bed, and then it still sits there, but a watch is something about every older person puts on first thing of a morning. On top of that we charge it in his main hall so it's closer to the other side of the house so when we call, he could hear it or his phone all over the house easier and he has to walk right by it to go for his breakfast every morning. This is a great device.

So first things first I am a smartwatch virgin until now! My product arrived exactly as described, well packaged, and ready to go. It hooked up seamlessly (with the help of my 14yo daughter 🤣) to my Motorola G 5G with no problems at all. All of the Samsung health functions seem to work pretty flawlessly, the only thing I can't use is the ECG but I knew that going in since I have a non Samsung phone. The wrist band that came with it is comfortable enough to wear to bed! I read a ton of reviews about battery life and I must admit the 1st day I wore it I thought the reviews were correct, but I love gadgets and I probably fiddled with it more than most and I had the brightness all of the way up and by 10am it was at 17%. I adjusted the notifications, and a few settings including when the screen turns on and brightness. I easily get at least 2 days on 1 charge. All in all for the price I am so impressed and I would definitely recommend and buy from this seller again. If anything changes I will edit this review. Hope this is helpful for everyone looking to get a smart watch.

Works well after new updates battery life lasts all day wish it held charges a little longer.

I ordered the Galaxy fitness watch 4 renewed...it cost less than half the price of new, I was a little skeptical about not purchasing a new one but when I received it was absolutely perfect both cosmetically and functionally. It still had the factory protective stickers on the band as well as the charger, it's a great item it does every thing I need it to do and more! Go for it you won't be disappointed.

Better than the original!

This watch is nice, but I work 10 hour shifts and when I get off, the watch is at 10% or less. It was a complete waste of money...

The media could not be loaded. I bought this watch few months ago and I am still in love for it. I wear it almost 24 hours day, except when I am taking a shower ( you can shower wearing it, if you want) or when it is charging. It helps me to achieve my fitness goal, to know where I am and where I should go ( gps), to monitor my heart beat, keep myself updated about my appointments etc.Nowadays, I can not leave my home without this watch.

While the battery life leaves something to be desired, the watch is pretty great. The fact that it's refurb doesn't seem to be the cause of the battery drain, it's same for new ones based on what I see on the interwebz.The watch band that was sent didn't fit the watch I received, but the seller did issue me a partial refund so that I could purchase an appropriately sized band. Just an error in shipping, which they did resolve with the refund.Overall a good purchase and the seller was very responsive in correcting the issue with the band.
