It helps me control my blood pressure. I am seeing much lower readings versus what they were .

The product is excellent, however I always have a hard time finding the scoop handle as it is so incredibly small and I shouldn't have to search for it all the time by sticking my (washed and thoroughly clean) fingers in the jar all the time to search for said scoop. Very annoying...it can't cost more than a few cents to supply a longer, more visible scoop handle inside the jar.

This seems to be helping lower my blood pressure . My only concern is kidney stones from the high oxalates . I am staying well hydrated , and so far no problems.

Was ready to throw away due to the taste and aftertaste even though I bought the Blackcherry flavor expecting a potential dislike. I ended up trying adding 8 scoops to a box of Blackcherry sugar free jello, followed jello directions and poured in 2 oz cups. The Biobeet, jello combination is a win for me.
