I have to say that the product really works, the problem is that many people don't know how to use it, and that's the reason as of why they give it a bad reviews. These are the type of capsules that will active themselves when you are working, studying, or performing an specific task. They give you great focus and increase tremendous cerebral capacities. Now, if you take them and just watch TV, or lay down on a couch, they will not work at all. For instance, right now I am in a training class, I am basically doing nothing for this whole week. The instructor is just talking for eight hours straight everyday, and at times I have felt very tired, sleepy, and having difficulties to pay attention, but that's just me, I am a hands on type of guy, I cannot sit down on a class and learn, it's just not my style, and I am pretty much aware that Cortex will not work under these circumstances. For context, I have experience using various nootropics over the years. This might improve focus for some, however, I experienced the exact opposite on the first dose. I consume a moderate dose of caffeine on almost a daily occurrence, but I found the teacrine and dynamine combo to be massively overstimulating to the point that I could only find relief by taking l-theanine and trying to relax for several hours.

So there are a lot of newbies who may not understand HOW and when to use a stack, so I will lay it out1) You can take it in the morning when you're starting your day, especially for focus and when you're active. IF you take it when you're doing nothing at all-- well, do not expect much. The way the ingredients work is your brain needs to actively be able to utilize the Bacopa and Uridine, etc,.2) Some people may not feel the effects for 30 minutes, up to 1 hour. I normally notice it within 30 minutes and feel that "buzz" sensation like my brain is awake. It's nice, and as someone with ADHD I stack this with nicotine for an insane laser focus.The Naysaying is just a bunch of knee-jerk reactions. NCIB has plenty of evidence and research of the individual benefits, refer to that databate instead of the Amazon Comment section from others who say these ingredients are "carcinogenic" because everything is, today.

I gave me great energy without jitters. no anxiety, laser sharp focus. I was able to multi task and felt very confident talking in big groups. got rid of depression was in great mood slightly euphoric. I also tried combining it with racetam, b vitamins and fish oil. and cortex just added heat to that fire stack and worked great. no side effects from combining it with any of them. I like the actual product. It was supposed to come with 30 pills - but mine only came with 27. Then, you're supposed to take 2 at a time, so it only ends up being a 15 day supply..... if all of the pills were even in it. Very disappointing.

The supplement did noticeably increase my focus when I took it while trying to be productive and while studying for exams. It was not a huge difference, but it did help. I believe the effect is likely different per individual!
