Nice design and gives a feeling of good protection for the HPD20. Still wouldn‘t give it to checked luggage for flights but for most situation the protection is sufficient. The extra bag for cables and stuff adds comfort. Build quality looks like one can have it for a long time. A purchase I didn‘t regret.

My boyfriend recently got a synthesizer JD-XI by Roland and it’s incredible as his talent !! The only thing I’m worried about was him having a very nice and comforted protected case for it and so this came in handy and it is so worth the money and it has several extra zipper pockets!! The inside is very soft and there’s at least an inch of plush; very protective. We are very satisfied!!

I didn't see anywhere that mentioned that this bag has back pack type straps tucked inside one of the numerous pockets.Holy shnikey! How convenient is that?Top quality product.You just spent $600 on a Octapad and you're debating on great protection that only costs about $70?What's wrong with you dude?

This bag is amazing. It is beautiful, but I would have loved to be able to carry it like a duffel bag but the bag doesn't give you that. But overall I LOVE IT. Worth the money.

a little tight for the Roland El Cajon, figured must be new and needs break in. Made with good material - just a little pricey. Would recommend.

It brought it use but it comes like new! excellent bag fits our octapad perfectly! Great construction.

This is an attractive bag made of good materials, and the Octapad SPD-30 fits snuggly in the case without the mounting plate. However, the case is clearly NOT designed or conceived to accommodate the SPD-30 with the mounting plate attached. Admittedly, one can indeed still zip the case with the mounting plate attached to the SPD-30, but this causes a bulging due to the insufficient depth of the case. (See the photograph.) And, over time, the mounted plate is likely to cause a more rapid deterioration of the inside lining of the case. Bottom line, I would have given a 5-star rating if the case were 2-3 inches deeper, which seems like a pretty simple modification to make! Of course, if one doesn't mind removing and re-installing the mounting plate ever time one uses the case, then my complaint is not very relevant for you.
