This was an international watch, so it doesn't offer "American" or "UK" English. You have to select some other country for English. Doesn't change how it works or the apps you can get or use.

I love my watch! I purchased it as a slightly used item. It does have a few tiny scratches around the bevel of the watch but no big deal. I've got a protective case on it so u can tell! I got a great deal on this watch as well!! Works perfectly. I've had it a few months now before leaving my review. I am very happy with my purchase and would buy another!

The cute little watch truly is amazing for what generation it is, It is made of a durable material so it can take a couple of bangs without breaking. You can accept and decline calls, and read texts. The battery life is almost 2 days and there are many bands you can buy for customization.

I bought this refurbished after reading that even the new ones seem to have battery issues. Received this in early February. Often had to charge it quite a while once, sometimes even twice a day. Ironically, this meant sometimes some exercise went unrecorded and ...I had to check my phone for the time. The sleep app was relatively good, when it worked. Samsung loaded this up with a tremendous number of other apps, which I'm sure didn't help the battery.Watch passed on this morning, May 17th 2025. Goodbye, I said. SAMSUNG, will I rush out now and pay you more for another disappointment? Probably not. Please note, most of the products I have bought over the years have been Samsung. [And whoever the maker, over time I have noticed that even the more expensive devices are not necessarily better; too often, the apps that go with them are not up to snuff.]

I was hesitant on purchasing something not new. I have decided to make to switch from fitbit to smart watch and this was my choice because the size isn't too big and is perfect for those with smaller wrists. Mine arrived in a plain unmarked box. Upon opening there was 2 little plastic sleeves. 1 with the watch face and the other with the watch band and charger chord. Mine had a few tiny scratches around the watch face but not overly noticeable when you put a screen protector on. My only complaint is the battery life. It doesn't last that long. I'm charging it 1x sometimes 2x a day and I don't use it for calls just notifications, the time, step counting and heart/sleep monitoring. You can customize the settings and appearance. This little thing had a surprisingly good amount of storage space for what it is. For the price for "referb" it's worth it!

This watch really is amazing. No problems with the battery life at all, it lasts about a day 1/2 without fail. Great features and functionality all around. I will say just as a warning to anyone buying one. The first day or 2 it will be sitting on the charger more than your wrist. There are tons of updates you have to do when you forst set it up. Don't let that stop ya though, you should absolutely buy one!

So the first watch I received was not working and I had to send it back. I actually bought some additional bands for the watch at the time. I received the replacement and it worked perfectly. No issues at all. I just ran the updates on it and everything is great. The customer service was quick and overall very good. I would buy another product from the seller again.

You would never know this watch was renewed. I've had it now for a few months and I have had no problems with it. Battery life is great, easy to use, looks nice. I did swap out the band right away for a less bulky one.
